His society followed a code of secrecy and mystery – in other words the esoteric sciences. Many historians attribute divine powers to him. Thanks to Pythagorus, much of our understanding of numbers is due to his excellence! He is most commonly remembered for the Pythagorean Theorem which states that the square of the hypotenuse of a right triangle is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sides.

Pythagorus learned that numerology began when life began because “in the beginning there was 1.” The vibrations then began and the 2 came into being and ushered in the real beginning of universal symmetry. Numbers by themselves represent universal principles. The numbers 1 through 9 symbolize the stages through which an idea progresses before it becomes a reality. And all manifestation in every aspect of our lives is the result of these stages.

Numerology is the art and science of understanding the natural significance and orderly progression of all manifestation of every number. Words or names vibrate to a number and every number has a meaning. The letter and number code, when correctly comprehended, utilized, and applied, brings us into a direct and close relationship with the underlying intelligence of the universe.
