Balance, Equality, and Harmony

This is the time of year we understand what Libra's life quest is about - balance, equality, and harmony. Mercury glides into Libra on the 6th. Our minds take on a rational and diplomatic quality. Venus thunders into Scorpio on the 9th. We'll pursue our partnerships/relationships and values with an all-consuming passion. The full Moon in Aries on the 10th once again illuminates our awareness for the need for independence. Neptune turns direct on the 22nd. Our faith and dreams get a chance to be expressed outwardly as we emerge from a period of self-examination of our hopes and beliefs. The Sun moves into intense, complex and mystical Scorpio on the 10th. Ever wonder why we become so serious and emotional right before the holidays? Mercury stalks into probing, transformational Scorpio on the 24th. This is a great opportunity to dig down and do research to discover hidden truths. The new Moon in Scorpio on the 25th may urge some of us to begin new projects that require deep involvement on some level. Saturn turns retrograde on the 25th. Time for everyone to restructure and reorganize both personally and professionally so they function more efficiently.

Libra (Sept. 23rd - Oct.23rd)
Happy Birthday as you begin your new yearly astrological cycle! You're weighing and balancing issues concerning how you present yourself to others along with examining your values to see if they reflect your inner beliefs. You'll think of new ways to increase your income. Curb the tendency for extravagant spending after the 9th. Guard against becoming like a 'bull in a china shop' at work, as you become busier. Disagreements or arguments could arise. Expend that extra energy on some form of exercise to maintain that charming demeanor that is inborn. After the 22nd, you discover the 'magic' that occurs in pursuing creativity, romance and pleasure. Month’s end could bring some form of restriction or restructuring on the career front.

Scorpio (Oct.23rd - Nov. 22nd)
You're in your natural state of being secretive and withdrawn until mid-month. You may discover a secret admirer or quietly 'stalk' a love that's not available. Financial negotiations behind closed doors are possible. After the 22nd, you become interested in some spiritual or occult subject - keep an open mind. Unclear issues with parents or other family members may arise. For most of the month you'll want to be noticed - and NOW!!! Something may change about your appearance. Use your natural ability to create something that could be transformational or healing for yourself or others. You may feel drawn to pursue higher education or expand your philosophical/religious horizons by month's end.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22nd - Dec.22nd)
If people think you mighty Centaurs aren't galloping around as much, it's only because it's your time of year to withdraw and retreat to quietly examine your philosophies and beliefs. By next month you're ready to teach us new ways of envisioning our ideals. You could become the peacemaker or arbitrator in social or group functions. Goals and wishes take on an artistic and creative flair. Metaphysical and spiritual truths and teachings capture your imagination after the 22nd. Your mind is ready to receive this information. After the 25th, focus may be brought to finances and possessions you hold with others, taxes or inheritances, or you could experience a situation that will enable you to understand how strong you are as a person.
