A
Kinder, Gentler Ghost
Buster

I
am a Ghost Buster.
Immediately upon saying this
to someone, they think of classic
horror films and are anxious to hear
chilling tales of my encounters. While
my work is adventuresome and does
involve the dead, it is
not Hollywood. To see me actually
doing this work is to find me in a
deep state of meditation. Everything
is being done at another level of
awareness.
Hauntings
can occur just about anywhere; they
are not limited to spooky old houses.
Spirits or ghosts haunt for many reasons.
Many fear being judged for their actions
while living. Some have committed
suicide and fear the hell
they have been told awaits them; the
concept of hell is a big
blocker of souls. Others do not know
they are dead. Many are confused,
angry, depressed, and lonely. Some
still crave physical substances and
can be found in bars. The reasons
souls linger are as unique and individualized
as the souls themselves.
Days prior to going on a ghost
bust I will intuitively begin to receive
bits of information. I intuitively
know the layout of the place I will visit, how many ghosts are involved and
whether they are male, female, adults
or children. I sense if they are cooperative
or aggressive and, perhaps
most importantly, whom I should approach
first.
Just
before I leave to go on-site, I begin
to focus my attention within
to bring about a strong connection
to my guides. Ghost busting is a major
team effort. Without the help of my
guides I could not do this work. They
instill in me the strength, love,
and peace necessary to reach these
souls.
Fear is your worst enemy. To
feel fear is to invite it in. I would
not do this work if I felt fear. I
trust my guides and know they will
not put me in a situation I cannot
handle. It is this trust that makes
my work so successful.
Once
on-site I walk around and confirm
what I have been sensing prior to
being there. Next, I locate the hot
spot of an activity where the
energies are the strongest. It is
here I like to sit and begin to place
myself in a deep meditative state
of consciousness.
What
comes over me is an incredible feeling
of love. I merge my energies with
this feeling until I am completely
at one in its presence.
I then energetically reach out and
embrace the spirit. I feel tremendous
unconditional love channeling through
me towards them. Tears flow down my
face as I feel so much compassion
for these spirits and their situations.
I sense what may be holding them back
and I do my best to comfort them by
communicating that everything is okay
and I've been sent to help them.
I tell them that their lives meant
something no matter how they may feel
about it, that they've learned
more than they can imagine and it's
time to go home.
