Everything
that is not built on truth will crumble. What will be
next?
I've
said this many times before and in previous years, wrote
about it. My daughter, Jodi, reminded me of it last night,
when she echoed back to me, that everything on Earth would
fall if not built on truth and for the highest good of
all. This will happen before we feel Real Peace on the
planet and experience freedom in our souls.
Just for a moment, if we could stop the pain caused by
the violation of our country, and step out of our bodies
and leave the sorrow we feel for the victims of 9-11 behind,
I wonder what we could see clearer and understand better.
Right now, everyone of us is afraid to address our feelings because in some way, it might seem insensitive to the people that died, or God forbid we shouldn't rally around every decision that our president and government make in our behalf. We may be accused of treason. Let's go on a spiritual journey of possibilities without the media hype; let's keep our power without allowing ourselves to be led (completely) by superior mortals. Maybe using some spiritual teachings could reinstate principles that show some light on the unknown. Trusting the Universe, invoking your Higher Power that excludes no one, and knowing everything is possible under God, works for me. My intent when I started this editorial was to define separately The Tower, The World Trade Center, and to examine terrorism from a symbolic point of view. But, when I looked up the Tower Card in the tarot deck, I was amazed at the information given by James Wanless from the Voyager Deck. Here's what James had written: The
Tower, symbolizing the law of purification, is a revolutionary
self-cleansing. What is being purified is represented
by the tower - a symbol of mankind's ego and the structures
he builds to support his vanity. Standing tall and proud
like the ego would wish, humanity creates a towering structure
of beliefs and edifices. In reality this is but a “tower
of babel,” a house of cards and confusion destined
to be destroyed. The Kabbalah letter - name for the Tower
is Peh, which means “mouth and speech,” and
stands for the activity generated by words, words, and
more words. Big mouths are always taken down in the end.
Struck
by fire and lightning, the tower falls. The revolution
beheads those who are on top or who believe they are on
high. The Tower suggests the I Ching Hexagram #49, Ko/Revolution.
