The Werzbergers: A Healing Couple

For over twenty-five years, Jonas and Bernice Werzberger have worked in the areas of stress reduction, wellness, guided imagery, communication, and accelerated change. They are PSYCH-K(tm) practitioners and instructors as well as Certified Hypnotherapists.

Dr. Skillas: Where are you from originally?

Jonas: We are both from New York City, moving to Atlanta in 1965. Atlanta was a lot different then. There were more trees and less traffic, but there were also fewer opportunities to learn alternative modalities. We brought Tai Chi teachers from New York and helped bring Dr. Carl and Stephanie Simonton to Atlanta. We've been trained by Dr. Brian Weiss in past life regression and by Robert Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K(tm). Excellent training from practical and visionary teachers was always important to us.

Dr. Skillas: Where did you receive your academic training and degrees?

Jonas: I have a B.A. in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia State University. Bernice holds a degree from Queens College in New York.

Dr. Skillas: What are your specialties?

Bernice: I teach accelerated learning and self-hypnosis for childbirth. Jonas helps people improve their performance in sports. We both help clients attain wellness, promote excellence, eliminate negative habits and quickly establish positive core beliefs. For example, a client might want to stop smoking or lose weight, reduce stress, promote wellness, improve relationships, increase prosperity, manage pain, enhance job performance, improve learning skills, or experience past life regression. Whatever the goal, we use a variety of techniques from many modalities so the client can choose what works best for them.
