Part
of the excitement of life is having the seasons that come along
each year I love Atlanta. Our weather is the best, and we
get a taste of all the seasons. Just enough of it all, just wet
enough, just cold enough, just hot enough and Fall well,
that's just about perfect.
I
think Spring is the best though. It has the promise of tomorrow
being even better than today, with new growth visible everywhere
you look. Even the allergy sufferers have to love the feeling of
Springtime in Atlanta.
We have some really good articles this month that address the times
we’re living in and how to deal with stuff like Stress
by Tom Kenyon, Meditation by Deepak Chopra and The
Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer. While we're
taking care of the inner realms of how to deal with life, I can't
help but believe that a beautiful Spring day is just the perfect
solution to a healthy attitude. That's the way we should all
strive to live.
It's all in your attitude. If you wake up happy to take on the
day no matter what the day has in store I think your
chances of having a good day are greatly enhanced.
I don't walk around with rose-colored glasses on and
I do know about the traffic here! So, if you are one of those people
that can deal with that level of stress every day and still have
a good attitude well my hat's off to you!
Another thing that keeps me going strong every day is the anticipation
of tomorrow and good times to come. It's the planned vacation
with friends; it's watching my daughter grow older and seeing
her mature into the beautiful person I hoped she'd be. It's
watching people around you, both new and old friends and family,
all dealing beautifully with what's being dealt to them
every day. The anticipation of what's to come is the joy of
life. Springtime is the beginning of that expectancy each year,
and I'm right on time.
Within the next couple weeks, (I don't have a launch date) Aquarius
will start some TV ads for TV for the Soul. Briefly,
TV for the Soul is the Aquarius version of a spiritual TV
guide that cuts out the negative and low vibrational programs while
highlighting shows that might get missed. Our parameters are: Joyful
- meaning shows and movies that make you laugh. None of us laughs
enough, and it's the number one thing that will give you an
instant attitude adjustment. Soulful - means any program
with a message, mostly dramas that deal with any and all of life's
experiences. It's equally important that we cry. I've always
believed that crying opens your heart, and the tears wash it out.
Educational - means exactly that! Learn something
new and different. We highlight documentaries and programs that
enhance our knowledge and support an open mind. Inspirational
- means everything else all the paranormal, metaphysical,
and maybe even an appropriate religious program that could provoke
tolerance and vision. It's TV for the rest of us.
What I like about using this guide is easily finding quality programs
that I would have missed. Usually I watch what I call 'empty
TV' - just noise; then I started looking at TV for the Soul.
Wow, was I surprised! I went right to the substance. I have the
link saved as a favorite on my laptop and clicked in nice and easy,
www.aquarius-atlanta.com/tvguide/ and
went directly to the listings and was greatly surprised there was
so much quality stuff to choose from.
Regular TV is filled with news, war, sex, violence, and stupid reality
shows. We all like to watch some of this occasionally, but
we also know where to find it. TV for the Soul offers
another look at hidden, not so easy to find offerings that are enjoyable
and better for your psyche. Your brain must be fed as well as your
body. Just as on a healthy diet, it's OK to have junk food now
and then. But your brain also appreciates some exercise in quality
information for healthy neurotransmitters.
For over a year we have produced this guide for free. This will
soon change as we introduce it to Mainstream TV watchers and it
becomes a paid subscription for all. We hope you will support
this, as the commercials aren't free. We need your support so
we will have time to make this section grow. We have plans to help
you busy mothers stay on top of children's programs that feed
your kids kindness, tolerance, and culture - not the gender bashing,
fighting, and harsh language they are frequently exposed to.
It's just another sign of 'spring' blooming with new
vision and the longing for seeds we've planted to grow and manifest
into something beautiful and worthwhile.

Last month we had 80,000 visitors on-line. If we have just a small
percentage of them and 'you' helping Aquarius continue with
this mission of bringing quality TV to the mainstream, we will be
successful.
What
we 'watch' does make a difference; Choose Quality. What
we 'speak' does make a difference. Choose Positive. What
we 'think' does make a difference. Think Big.
