“Unity Under The Creation Is The Greatest Sacred Law Of All.”

A Transformative Vision Channeled from the Crystal Skull

Summertime and the livin' is uneasy - inflation is jumping, and unemployment is high...

But the seeds we planted with prayers and blessings in our Spring Equinox circle have sprouted and begun to produce vegetables, and a new generation of seeds is on the way. The sacred circle of life on Earth is always revolving, always new, always complete.

Meanwhile, the cost of our petroleum-based lifestyle continues to go up - up with the price of gas, the casualty count in Iraq, insurance claims due to global warming - and the shift in consciousness many of us are awaiting seems more and more urgent.

How extreme will the contradiction between our leaders' professed beliefs and their behavior have to get before the American people notice and react? Will it take even greater catastrophes than we've already seen? Most important, what can each of us do to help others awaken?

An answer came recently via email that echoes and builds on some past successes in our slow transition to the Aquarian Age. Titled “A Message to the World coming from the contemporary Crystal Skull,” Grandpa Sunhawk, ”it was channeled by one Jan Ackermann in Courtemaiche, Switzerland, on January 13, 2005.” Grandpa Sunhawk proposes that we “unite as soon as possible 10% of the world's active population in simultaneous prayers and meditations for the healing of our Earth Mother.”

The last thing I need is another project! But as I read on, Grandpa Sunhawk's proposal began to sound more and more familiar.

“It is a call to humanity to return to live in accordance and balance with the sacred laws of our holy Mother Nature, and therefore the four given occasions in the year to begin with shall be the four days and nights of the spring and fall equinoxes and the summer and winter solstices, starting here and now with the year 2005.”

This year marks the tenth anniversary of inter-faith Solstice and Equinox celebrations here in Atlanta. Ackermann explains that Grandpa Sunhawk's vision can “unite us on a level beyond any religious or cultural traditions, divides and gaps,” because “these four seasonal events appear in exactly the same manner for all creations on Earth and thus the same way for every single human being... it doesn't matter on which continent we actually may live.”

The Equinoxes and Solstices “are friendly gifts given to us as great and powerful occasions to experience and celebrate the immanent balance, the extreme beauty and the tremendous precision in the spirit of nature, not only manifested in the spiritual time, but also inherent in the astronomical time of the solar year... humanity has ultimately to learn again to focus and contribute to this balance and tremendous beauty, whatever all the existing cultural and spiritual differences might be, for Unity under the Creation is the Greatest Sacred Law of All.”

Ackermann reminds us that Chief Arvol Looking Horse, keeper of the Sacred Pipe of the Lakota Nation, has already designated every Summer Solstice (on or around June 21) as a globally coordinated World Peace and Prayer Day.

Grandpa Sunhawk is now requesting that we honor the three remaining quarters in the same way.

“These four dates are concordant rhythms and harmonic dates, incorporated and immanent in the sacred circle of life and nature, and Grandpa Sunhawk says that this is a very important fact to consider... for a better and peaceful world means nothing else than a life of the entire humankind in complete accordance and balance with the sacred laws of Mother Nature and the Great Creator, one time for all for ever to come.

“Thus WE shall focus on the true spirit of nature and their inherent rhythms to unite in prayer, at least these four times in a solar year to begin with, from now on up to the year 2008; then new instructions and further support and directions are said to follow.”

Grandpa Sunhawk points out that if we succeed in uniting 10% of the world's population in simultaneous prayer, 500 million people will be praying together four times a year, creating a 'universal resonance' with profound transformative effects. By creating a unity spiritually that is unattainable politically, we might reach a threshold of 'non-reversible impact,' despite corporate and government efforts to foster a climate of fear and separation.

“The healing of our Earth Mother will then become manifest to everybody, the self-created vicious circle of destruction will finally come to an end, the sacred Mother will become sufficiently nurtured and self-healed and thus become the flourishing tremendous Beauty again she was for so long, and so many of the great ancient prophecies will become fulfilled in positive ways, to the benefit of all sentient beings.”

Summertime is here, the Earth is alive, and Grandpa Sunhawk's vision is calling. This year's Inter-Faith Summer Solstice Prayer Circle and Sacred Dance will take place on Wednesday, June 22, 7:30-9:30 p.m., at the Atlanta Friends House, co-sponsored by Dances of Universal Peace and the Dekalb Inter-Faith Coalition for Prevention.
