Hopeful
Times Ahead
The cover
this month spoke to me because it reminded me of new beginnings,
things unknown and things to come. When I saw the circle it was
like seeing the circle of life that encompasses all things, all
past lifetimes and all futures.
It's
the circle of all understanding, the answers to all mysteries
and the hope of all tomorrows. Wow, that's a lot to get from
one painting! But, sometimes it happens. All you need to do is
step forward into the circle and the goodness of the world will
embrace you and take all your doubts away.
As I write this I'm very concerned about our political situation
around the world and since I'm somewhat savvy I can say this,
pray every day for our troops. As our government plays out the
script of what happens next, they will be the ones who pay the
ultimate price.
What's goin' on!
The planet
is going through the last stages of the Piscean age the last
hold-out for the people in power that, for some, means mis-using
it. This last generation of non-innovators is now stuck in quick sand
without a leg to stand on. The people that prevail will be the open
minded, open hearted, and extremely intelligent ones. I feel the Bush
administration just doesn't have the combination of these qualities
to get the job done, and I also believe that his cocky demeanor and
naïve attitude created the catalyst that brought us to this place
in the middle east. I can't help but believe the road to 'Peace
on Earth' is right there!!! Crumbling the foundation and rebuilding
for peace and liberation for the people of that region was a bold, stupid
act, but let's face it, would a leader that thought this through
go for it? Whatever the reasons were for us to go there, if they were
justified or not, selfish or not, it happened because it was supposed
to happen. Nothing in our lives happens by accident and I agree that
a smarter man with a different approach would have used more diplomacy
and asked for help (with humility) from the U.N. I wonder how different
things would be? Or would they be different at all?
The way it came down, the combination of events with Bush not winning
the majority vote, the attack on 9/11 and the fear that hit us all allowed
us to jump in the water to save the drowning and then realize we couldn't
swim. I did that once and somehow we fought and slapped each other to
safety. So, it can work and it must work.
Maybe we've got a less than smart president, maybe the rise in gas
prices is to stick it to Bush for taking us to a war for control of
their oil and it back-fired, or maybe it's God that wants us to
preserve our resources and stop driving SUV'S (I hope not) but what
if it's all just God working the universal plan? I for one believe
in the ultimate brain/power that has every stupid thing we humans can
do under control, with all solutions worked out as well.
A Look Forward:
Here's
the good news: numerologically, we are in a six-year, 2004 the
year of Family, the year of Love. Anyone dealing with family issues
in your face? Isn't war about family? Doesn't it tear
families apart through death or separation? The highest emotional
charge is now present. The Love for our children versus the hatred
that kills them must stop! Love of family is the common thread
that runs through the universal blood stream of all humans. All
will fight to protect this unit but the price will be high while
they/we figure it out.
Next year 2005, we will be in a seven-year, which means Spirituality,
not religion. The time will be here to shake the religious dogma
out of our own personal relationships with God. The help will
come for us to understand the truth about the root causes of why
religious wars happen and how these differences will be seen from
a universal consciousness viewpoint, not as a point of view that
was based on hatred.
In 2006, we'll find the eight-year that brings a sign of prosperity.
We will rebuild here at home, and our money will be back in our
pockets. This will be a time to invest in ourselves and move forward
as business opportunities will surface and options will be available
again. The government will be forced to re-evaluate the free trade
agreements and protect us in anyway possible to help Americans
have jobs.
In 2007, it will be the year of endings. We will continue to fix
the mess that was created over the last nine years, but then we
will see the light at the end of the tunnel. We know what must
go, what needs fixing and what must come next.
In 2008 we will have worked through the worst of things and we'll
be on our way to seeing the ultimate blessing for Peace on Earth
to becoming a reality.
I want to thank our loyal readers and advertisers for another
