Use
the Power of Your Intuition and Change Your Life!

Mary woke with a start and bolted out of bed, knowing to check her small
child. Reaching out to touch him, she realized he was burning up. Checking
the thermometer, it registered 105 degrees. Quickly she swung into action
to help her child who had gone to bed well and healthy, but was now
acutely ill.
Joyce was stationed on a hospital floor. She didn't know the patients,
but suddenly she had an overwhelming urge to put down everything and
go to room 11, bed 3. Following her urge she found a patient having
a heart attack, too ill to pull the call bell. She placed an immediate
emergency code that brought help to save Mr. S's life.
Charlie was at sea on a submarine when he received a Red Cross telegram
that his grandfather was seriously ill and not expected to live. Wanting
to be alone, he went to the boiler room and paced up and down, thinking
about how much he loved his grandfather. Suddenly, there was a tap on
his shoulder and he felt a sense of peace. Charlie looked around and
finding no one, noted the time on his watch. When the next telegram
came, confirming his grandfather's death, it listed the very time
he had noted in the boiler room.
What do all three of these people have in common? They are actively
paying attention to their intuitions. Consequently, they have the ability
to act on situations in a way that can change the future for themselves
and others.
Ancient man knew that staying alive in difficult situations depended
on listening to his inner voice. Children were patiently coached on
listening to the voices and warnings from within, and matured carefully
honing their intuitive skills. As life and communication became more
complex, man learned to defer his strong feelings and inner warnings
for the expert advice of others. The result? Atrophied channels
from one's intuitive sources, and clearly, an intuition that lay
dormant until it shriveled.*
Our lives are filled with more and more uncertainty as the world changes
rapidly. Fear of terrorism, unemployment, job insecurity, an unstable
economy and an unpredictable world environment all are factors that
contribute to our unease. Additionally, there is so much information
bombarding us, much of it contradictory, that it becomes overwhelming
and confusing to make even basic decisions. There has never been a more
important time than now to make the best decisions possible for ourselves.
These decisions can have great impact and far reaching implications
for ourselves as well as our loved ones. Yet we often make decisions
based on only the logical part of our brains. We have no idea how to
integrate our intuition into our decision making and daily living.
Intuition is information from our highest level of consciousness, the
soul. Most of us constantly receive intuitive messages but we may be
unaware that we are receiving them, or we may ignore the messages. Our
rational mind supplies us with very sound reasons why we should ignore
the intuitive impulse. When we ignore our intuitive mind it speaks to
us less often. Societal norms and a heavy emphasis on believing only
what can be detected with the five senses or what science can prove
causes the intuition to shut down. In doing so, we learn to work with
only a small portion of our potential. When the spiritual aspect of
self or the intuition is ignored, one's full potential personal
and professional is not attained. Many of us also have difficulty
in attaining peace, happiness and contentment in our lives because we
do not know how to access our intuition.
Many people relate intuition with being psychic. Actually, the psychic
faculty is a lower faculty than the intuition and most people that are
psychic find that it is not under total control of the mind. A psychic
may not be able to access intuitive information at the moment the information
is desired. A fully functioning intuitive will have his or her intuition
completely under control of the conscious mind and will be able to access
any information they desire. We all have natural intuitive ability,
but it can be difficult to develop and/or interpret what our intuition
is trying to tell us. A fully functioning intuitive can instantly receive
answers to any questions that you have including health, relationship,
career, or emotional concerns. There is no delay or doubt about what
your intuition is trying to tell you.
When you answer the challenge of seeking your highest potential, the
greatest journey of your life begins. Before you lies the uncharted
territory of the soul. It is now possible to reawaken intuitive awareness
as an active choice for enhancing one's life. As we develop the ability
to listen, decisions come more easily and there is less chaos in our
lives. The practical application of intuition will create more success
and happiness in life. Mastery of the intuitive mind is also the next
giant leap in the evolution of mankind.
