What better way to celebrate our nation's birthday than having the energy of Venus moving into family oriented Cancer on the 4th? We'll feel more sentimental - desiring to give and receive emotional warmth - and more patriotic. Mercury skips into playful Leo on the 13th. Our communications become dynamic, self-expressive and more majestic. The full Moon in Capricorn on the 13th will undoubtedly illuminate our need for structure and organization somewhere in our lives. The Sun enters self-assured, dramatic and courageous Leo on the 23rd. Fulfilling a need to creatively express ourselves and to be appreciated by others will enhance our vitality. Venus romantically sails into Leo on the 29th. We'll pursue more excitement, adventure and passion in love by becoming more radiant, warm and big-hearted. The new Moon on the 29th would be a good time to start a new creative project. Mars turns retrograde on the 29th until September 27th. Aries, you'll be reviewing what's occurred in your life since May of 2001. For all of us, it's a time to turn our actions inward and re-evaluate what motivates us to see if we're moving in the right direction. Old resentments and personal issues may resurface demanding a resolution. Business activities will decrease and/or companies might find they’ve run into unexpected obstacles. Pushing business ideas and new products ahead during this period can ultimately prove foolish and costly. Mercury closes the month out by methodically marching into Virgo on the 30th. Our minds are ready to analyze and function in a practical, meticulous and detailed manner.

 Happy Birthday to you sensitive, sympathetic, protective Crabs!!! Even though it's in your nature to be shy and retiring, this is your month to communicate with the outside world. You'll be more graceful and charming and perhaps change or enhance your appearance in some way. Time for you to recharge your batteries for the year ahead as astrologically you begin a new twelve-month cycle. Nurture YOURSELF! After the 13th, you'll turn your attention to what you value in life and how you earn your income. Take precaution to avoid overspending this month on luxury items. Leo (July 23rd - Aug. 23rd)

Perhaps you'll discover a secret admirer. Getting involved in some form of charity work may soothe your soul, or maybe someone in your personal life needs a little “TLC”. After the 13th, your energy begins to rebound and the mighty lion is ready to roar again. You'll want to share those creative ideas you've been pondering so quietly. The world is at your feet as you may make some dramatic change to enhance your appearance. By month's end, you may begin to realize the very essence of what it is you desire in life.

Virgo (Aug. 23rd - Sept. 23rd)
This month you focus on your goals and wishes in life. You know exactly what you want and precisely how you're going to achieve it. Networking could help you expand your capabilities. Group activities are plentiful. Maybe it's time you should step up and take a leading role to share your efficient functioning ability. A group associate or friend could become a romantic interest. After the 13th, you'll want to connect more with your spiritual or religious side - allow the Universe to enlighten you. Quiet moments will help calm that mind which seems to be in constant overdrive. By month's end, it may become necessary to reconsider any differences in partnership/relationship issues.

Libra (Sept. 23rd - Oct. 23rd)
You need balance and harmony in life - especially on the career front this month. You're in the spotlight there and ready to share your thoughts and ideas. Rewards are possible - a raise, a promotion, etc. Some may begin a new career with a partner. Others may decide to take a larger role in society or within the community. Important interactions with parents are likely. After the 13th, share your insights and tactful diplomacy with friends, groups, and associates. They could help assist you in realizing your dreams and goals. By month's end, you may realize you've been too demanding with co-workers or overdone and need to fine-tune that new exercise regimen you began recently.

Scorpio (Oct. 23rd - Nov. 22nd)
