The focus for 2003 will be human conflict; for the next nine years the world will be in battle over power.

There will be riots and upsets in the prisons. The first being in Kentucky - occurring by early spring. This will be as much of a fiasco as the Attica prison break.

There may be some self-imposed confinement. Americans are being frightened by the war on terrorism by the media. This will encrease in 2003. A tragedy in Atlanta, GA, brings death by deadly disease. Americans will want to stay home, indoors.

Hillary Clinton will run for president after divorcing Bill.

President Bush has deteriorating health, which will cause him not to seek re-election.

The government will seem like a group apart, with special privileges, like not having to participate in the social security system, that will be brought to light. The downtrodden Middle Class-Americans will rebel.

There will be millions of personal economic losses and the courts will be jammed.

Credit card companies begin to enforce strict changes, automatically canceling Visa and Master cards if anyone is late with a payment.

Congress will be forced to re-think and evaluate the welfare system. Focus on food and drugs for the elderly will be addressed.

Gasoline, batteries and portable battery packs will have an outrageous price increase.

The design of silent electric mass transit will be introduced and will be developed into mass production.

New taxes on electricity, natural gas, fuel oils and water make them unaffordable in many areas.

Research will prove that altering natural foods will not benefit the public at large, as there will be some progressive deteriorating health concerns. This will fuel the demand for an anti-biotic antedote rather than overhauling the food industry.

Depression becomes an epidemic as health is not completely a physical issue. Our self-esteem and sense of well being affects our health.

Taxes will be raised to develop more health research to conquer the problem. This will be on the communications industry, cable tv, cell phones and the Internet.

Socially constructed community will be the new planning model for future housing. Communes or shared communities with common ownership and activities, where families are held inviolable, will be the structure. Extended families living under the same roof will grow, because of the loss of finances and jobs.
Anger, hatred and intolerance towards minorities and differing religious and social groups will become personified by an enemy who eludes conquest.

By spring of 2003 the nation will take a look at the good old days, as they will be gone. The adopted national anthem will become “The Way We Were.”

We are not quite ready for open war attacks overseas. President Bush has backed down a bit.
The economy is weak and business will be floundering throughout 2003. The capitol building will be attacked during a celebration. People will be told there is a terrorist attack and rushed into a side room. Then a bomb is set off. Plans will begin to relocate the nation's capitol to Colorado.

Kinneybunkport, Maine will suffer a great loss in the late spring or early summer months. During a family gathering, bombs or fires are set. I see Mrs. Bush and Laura running through some underground tunnel to safety.
The war that is begun on both shores will be attributed to the new president -- although it began three years before the 2004 election.

The terrorist war is complicated. Primarily, the enemy is a group of prominent men who have no possibility of attaining rulership anywhere. Essentially they are men without a country. Therein lies the problem of “going to war.” What has not been divulged is that Osama bin Laden has made it possible for underdeveloped countries, especially China, who want global influence, with the sale of nuclear weapons and plutonium. The pricing is extravagant, but the supply plentiful. As long as these countries have a need for such items, the sales will continue, and the revenue for terrorism will grow.
bin Laden is dead and his son is running the group. Osama died after being wounded on October 16, 2001. This will be announced in late 2003, and his body is being preserved.

Our greatest allies this time around are Germany and Great Britain. Britain realizes that its welfare is doomed if the United States is not preserved. The real challenge for Britain -- hosted by Tony Blair and the royalty scandals of the 90's – is to shift the citizen loyalty away from the crown of royal leadership. Gradually the monarchy may disappear.

Germany is in good shape and has successfully harnessed nuclear power. Their downfall could be the pharmaceutical companies and their contributions to research in health. They will suffer from electronic shortages in the first half of 2003. Then, in the second half, they will have severe communication problems, as everyone wants to be on the Internet. Germany is not wired up as yet, for such heavy usage demands.

China, the most populated nation, although outwardly backing the United States, is hiding its true intentions. They were the primary supplier for the weapons for North Vietnam, as well as the strategic planner.

In 2000 – at the summer solstice – I had a dream that we were being attacked and parachutes – millions of them – were landing on both shores. The dream meant to me that we would have a war on both shores. I realized that the enemy had already infiltrated this country. This war comes by 2005 but begins next year, in the fall months.

China will suffer in the last part of 2003. People will be starving and contract a disease that attacks the auto-immune system. The grip of death is so severe that the domestic economy begins to suffer. Other countries will want to keep that in isolation, and confined to China's shores. At this time they will be side by side with the United States. They plan to overtake our country around 2015.

Russia, on the other hand, is now suffering unimaginable losses. The nation's dream to return to a global power has been dimmed by a list of hardships. Russia lacks the technology of other countries. There is no food and no money. Their armies are gone. The people are ready to erupt into a national civil war. This country needs to be closely watched.
