by Willow Arlenea. The Osha plant is a wonderful medicinal herb with a root system that looks very much like a claw. This plant carries the spirit of the bear and the spirit of the warrior who encounters the bear. Based on her fascination with art, dance, nature, mysticism and psychology, the paintings of Willow Arlenea reflect an intensity, spirituality and love of indigenous cultures combined with brilliant tones and fluidity of movement.
