OPPOSITES ATTRACT

The emotions are governed by the Mind governing the body, and the emotions are influenced by the opposite flow of reasoning. An individual’s actions are their choice, and self-esteem is the action that takes responsibility for those choices. The human Mind is the generator for this learning experience.
Include and exclude are emotions that involve dualities, but they are capable of being balanced. Everyone knows the experience of include and exclude very well, because everyone has been living it, and shall continue to live it, throughout their entire life. Ego wants to be included in this experience, but it is important to experience without feeling the emotion of guilt. Guilt is most often generated through the process of include and exclude. The five major aspects of include and exclude are self/ego, good/bad, personal/impersonal, judgment/free will, and love/fear.
Self is a reality of the higher being that one should be. Ego is the experimenter for the present learning experience. Ego as the experimenter thinks but may lie to itself; self is the teacher who knows, but it cannot lie to itself. Ego says it never wants to go to self for anything, but if it does, it has to go for a reason, and the reason is to want to learn.
There is a mental ego and a mental self, a physical ego and a physical self, a soul ego and a soul self, and a spirit ego and a spirit self, all counterbalanced to each aspect of a human being. Mental ego thinks it is boss; mental self is boss!
Physical self is the identity of the form and action of the body (skin, color, nose, etc.). Physical ego is the expression of the form and action of something extra from the parts of the body (glasses, mustache, coloring of the hair, etc.). The individual’s physical ego is expressing itself through the physical object around them and on them.
A soul keeps evolving. Some people call this reincarnation or soul remembrance. A person needs to ask themselves what self/ego form of action is that individual going to balance. Analyze each situation to see what was good, what was not, and to see how a destructive situation could be changed to a constructive situation that shall not be repeated. Live the life of the self and express what is truly inborn until outwardly the individual is what inwardly that person longs to be.
Spirit self teaches love while spirit ego teaches separation and pain. Passionate love is possession and is part of ego. Spiritual love is feeling free and is part of self. If Man finds their spiritual self, Man shall find their potential possibilities and hidden powers.
Good and bad may be considered opposites, but they are connected to one another. If a person does not know bad, how can they know good. Life is the good that is forever present and ready to fulfill itself. Free it entirely through non-attention to the bad. If the thought is not good, change the thought.
Personal and impersonal viewpoints are helpful in assisting an individual to balance emotional waves. Personal viewpoints are those that are attributed to the mortal or physical self and effect the fluctuation of the ego by inflating or deflating it. Impersonal viewpoints are not those of not caring or not sharing but belong to the eternal or higher self. These viewpoints neither inflate nor deflate the ego; therefore, they are centering or balancing.
In regard to judgment and free will, unconditional love does not judge; it accepts the actuality of a person or object. Judgmental statements are emotional opinions or one’s expectations being placed on others. Making judgments prevents the situation from changing. Judgment release is necessary, because the spirit and will cannot be free in an energy field literally clouded by judgments. The will seeks understanding and needs to feel trust in the spirit to be comfortable in its spiritual search.
There are no ordinary moments in life for individuals are constantly including and excluding their emotional waves and are working to balance the ego with the self. Self wants to answer a “calling.” Does ego also want to answer that “calling?” When this is determined and ego says “yes,” then the inclusions, exclusions, and balancing shall begin.
When it is realized that fear, not hate, is the opposite of love, the learning experience of loving oneself and others can begin. Fear occurs when an individual refuses to leave a hypnotic state of a situation and when a person fears to allow their thoughts to enter the unknown. Fears chase a person until they turn around and look it in the eye!
By forgiving and letting go of barriers and resistances, an individual can at least escape the discord in their own individual life or nature. It is not intelligent to blame oneself or others for unfortunate events that occur in one’s life. This creates guilt (part of fear). Man is intuitively able to understand spiritual truth, and when it is understood, each person shall search and keep on searching until one day that person succeeds in finding the path to the realization of the higher self.
