The
Heart and Soul of Evolution

Humanity
is on the edge of a very powerful evolutionary shift. It is felt in
the affairs of the world and inside each one of us. As a race our planet
has been functioning through the level of the personality or third dimensional
consciousness and is evolving into living from the awareness of the
soul.
The soul sees the bigger picture and acts as the witness to life rather
than the reactor. The personality has become fragmented into many parts,
much like the world around us. As children, being cut off from our true
selves, we learned how to survive by learning to please and perform
to be accepted and loved. Forgetting that love is who we are. We learned
to betray ourselves for love and acceptance and lost our connection
with our own souls and spirits, becoming trapped in the mental and emotional
body. Through the wounds, stress, and trauma that we have experienced
in this life and the life of our souls we have created pictures and
belief systems with defenses and rules that hold us from the innate
love and divine intelligence of which we are all a part.
These energies are held in the energy field as blockages and distortions,
which are often at the causal level of dis-ease and dis-harmony in the
body, mind and heart. As we release the wounding and defense systems
that we carry over our hearts we are able to remember that there is
never any issue more important than love, and that we never have to
betray our own hearts for love. There is no person outside ourselves
that we need approval from, and we are only accountable to our own hearts,
and to God within our hearts.
This is a big one. As we are willing and able to hold this awareness
we begin to hold a frequency and purity, love, and light that radiates
as truth through every cell of our being. By becoming aware of the voices
within us, and our actions and reactions we are able to transform them
by mastering our lower self. As we begin to transform the personality
we are able to live in the freedom of the soul which opens a whole new
potential of being.
