Dances
with Planets

The
Planets in our solar system constantly do their dance. They are spinning,
moving and smiling at us doing our dance. They influence our day-to-day
moods, our ups and down's and even our cries and whims. And every
once in a while they turn the tables on us and change their dance
so vastly that they get our attention. Once at attention, we begin
to realize that we must change our dance as well. February is the
pre-cursor to such an event. In March, Uranus will leave the sign
of Aquarius and move into the sign of Pisces for a seven-year stay.
Its stay in Aquarius delivered a powerful intellectual era and
the greatest development of the computer industry to date. It has
been 84 years since Uranus was in the sign of Pisces. It will take
us seven years to fully understand what man will do with this new
energy. Mundane areas that will herald changes will be music, art,
the film industry, medicine and invention. But our spiritual/religious
life will by far make the greater shifts. The planet of progress,
Uranus, dances with the sign of compassion for the Brotherhood of
man, Pisces. It is totally safe to say... in order to live well
on the earth, man will have to expand his compassion, love and understanding
of his Brotherhood. As Joseph Campbell promised... “And where
we had thought to travel outward we shall come to the center of our
own existence and where we had thought to be alone we shall be with
all the world.” Are we ready to dance?
Aquarius (Jan. 20 - Feb. 18)
Happy Birthday to the ever present genius in our zodiac! How many
ways can we spell the word 'change'? We could use the word
alter or transform. But the most appropriate term might be revolutionize.
If you look at the last seven years (while Uranus has been in your
sign, Aquarius), you may notice how many different avenues you have
journeyed down. As Uranus moves into Pisces next month, it sets up
a new seven-year period for yet another exciting chapter in your book
of life. What will it be, dear Aquarius? You hold the paper and the
pen. Know what you want and remember Goethe's words, “Boldness
has genius in it.”
Pisces (Feb. 19 - March20)
Remember those lead in words for the 'Twilight Zone?' You
are about to embark on a journey from which there is no return. Sounds
scary doesn't it? It is exciting if you keep an open mind and
are willing to make big changes. You may not understand where the
drive is coming from but you may feel like the energizer bunny that
keeps on working. Energy is being set up in your world to create a
more interesting life. So buckle up! It will be a surprising ride.
Aries (March 21 - April 19)
There is a new friendship in the making. Don't expect this
to be an ordinary person or an ordinary encounter. It simply won't
be. Your friend will bring refreshing ideas, thoughts and alterations
into your life. Remember, that even friendship calls for a measure
of commitment. Can you do it? Short trips bring adventure and a possible
encounter with the unknown. Make expert observations and notes of
what you see and bring those ideas back to benefit your career and
everyday life.
Taurus (April 20 - May 20)
Career developments are brewing. And of all things they are asking
you to loosen up and be willing to make some changes (for the better).
Oops! Did we use the no-no word for you? Change? If you find that
word too harsh, perhaps we could use 'adjustments' or 'concessions'.
There should be some extra dollars this month. The question is to
spend or to save? Why don't you wait until the 21st of the month
to answer that question? Lay you odds that you will decide to save.
Gemini (May 21 - June 20)
Intellectual stimulation is on a high for the month. Just what you
like! You will be talking with people from afar. You'll make a
new acquaintance that on one hand is very unlike you and on the other
very much like you. You have something to learn in this relationship
and you have something to teach. February moves you much closer to
the time in late spring when you will discover a freedom from the
things that have held you back. You surely have something to look
forward to!
