joy, love and prosperity through Breathwork

We all take breathing for granted. The average person takes 12-15
breaths per minute (that's 20,000 breaths over a 24-hour period)
and oxygenates over 27 trillion cells in the body.
Most
people are predominantly chest breathers with a shallow breath.
The breathflow, (oxygen) tends to concentrate in the top two-thirds
of the lungs. This area is less blood rich than the lower part.
When breathing shallowly, you have to breathe more rapidly to
get the proper amount of oxygen out into the body. This means
the lungs and heart have to work harder than would be the case
if you were breathing deeply. When you are angry, stressed or
emotionally upset you breathe much faster and shallower. This
results in your pulse rate going up, your blood pressure rising
and not enough oxygenation for all your cells.
Breathing deeper into the lungs and abdomen provides a rich concentration
of oxygen for the blood to transport out to all the cells in the
body. Your heart beats much more slowly to send out an equal amount
of oxygen. The rate of your pulse slows down, your blood pressure
is decreased and there is less strain on the heart with less fatigue.
There are numerous beneficial physiological mechanisms that are
triggered when we turn our attention to the breath and increase
its flow. When the breathflow capacity, rate and attention level
are all altered, dramatic physiological, and emotional, changes
occur.
Deep or diaphragmatic breathing from the abdomen increases the
oxygen intake and reduces your breaths to 6-8 per minute or 10,000
breaths over a 24-hour period. All your cells are fully oxygenated
in an efficient manner without strain or fatigue. Fully oxygenating
all the cells strengthens the immune system, calms the mind, relaxes
the body and provides more energy.
Breathing is an automatic or unconscious process, so it is difficult
to continuously focus and breathe deeply from the abdomen.

hurtfulness towards our self and others) create energy blockages
in your physical, emotional and mental bodies. These blockages
lower a person's vibration and frequency level.
Einstein's theories showed that all matter at its sub atomic
level is energy in motion. Matter equates to everything physical
which includes our physical body. All energy vibrates at a specific
frequency range. Everything in this universe (every thought, feeling,
word, action, individuals, groups, cities, countries, planets)
is made up of subtle energy and has its own rate of vibration
and frequency range. The subtle energy is manifested by the life
force energy. The life force energy is comprised of pure light
and pure compassionate love, with the highest level of vibration
and frequency range. Contamination of the subtle energy through
thoughts, feelings, words, actions, individuals, groups, cities,
countries and planets by negativity (lack of pure love and light)
creates energy blockages and makes the vibration of the subtle
energy denser. This lowers the frequency range.
The more dense a person's vibration and frequency level the
more issues they have to deal with in their flow of life. Their
ability to process and manifest their desires is at its lowest.
There is a low level of focus, clarity and direction. They are
more prone to dis-ease and survival issues. There is lack of love,
joy and prosperity in their life. Their chakras and aura are clogged,
with an inefficient flow of energy in their system.
Chakra meditation with the diaphragmatic circular rhythmic breathwork
program activates the flow of the life force energy in all your
bodies (physical, mental, emotional and spiritual). The new vibrant
energy flow releases suppressed emotions, clears chakras and energy
