Life always mirrors your thoughts. The minute a fearful thought comes up, replace it with a thought that makes you feel good. Know that you deserve a good life. What a wonderful role model you will be for your students! They're so blessed to have you for a teacher. Affirm: I deserve to have a good job and a good life. I am worthy of life. My students love me. Life loves me. I am safe.

What thoughts could cause “floaters” in front of my eyes? What do I need to do to clear them out? What affirmations do I need to use?

Dear S.K.,
I had floaters once upon a time. They occurred when I put myself under a lot of stress. I was very fearful and felt that everyone was against me. I clouded my own vision. I learned to trust life more, and the floaters are now a thing of the past.

I suggest that you stop trying to please everyone else. Slow down and take a small vacation. Do nothing if you can. Taking yoga or tai chi could be very helpful. If that's not possible, then at least slow down your breathing. This really helped me. Take five minutes three times a day and just sit quietly. Think of what you want to do in life. Ponder upon what makes you feel good. Begin to see yourself with eyes of love. The floaters will pass if you're kind and loving to yourself. Affirm: I bless my eyes with love. I see what I love, and I love what I see. All is well in my world.
