HARD LESSONS TO BE LEARNED

....Last month I talked
about Mother Earth, God, Goddess and other heavenly beings sending
their wrath and anger to Earth….
I was afraid it would not end soon and it seems I was right. The horror and devastation continues. I want to be wrong, I want to know I can feel safe again. In my almost sixty years on this planet, and with all I’ve endured in my youth with a highly dysfunctional family and being on my own at a very young age- I raised a child on my own, pioneered businesses without any experience or money and through it all I never had this sense of alone-ness and feelings of anxiety and fear.
I’m the one that never even stocked extra food and water when the new millennium came around.
I was so sure the hype was not something to be ignored, but the world would be OK…
These days I find myself living in prayer begging for mercy on us all and help for the (already) victims of War, Hurricanes, Tsunami, and the Avian flu.
So, I want to talk about this new strain of flu that’s out there. I’m going out on a limb here, but I think it’s a little freaky when our government leaders go from refusing to sign up for the vaccine from Switzerland, to having a press conference that talks about whether or not we should use and prepare our military to quarantine cities. When will the virus show up here in the United States? I wonder if they know.
I’m slightly concerned here! This is why I’m on my knees begging for mercy?
Several months ago in the early hours one Sunday morning I watched an Interview about this “bird-flu”. Dr. Sanja Gupta from CNN and Julie Louise Gerberding, M.D., M.P.H., Director of the CDC in Atlanta, discussed this pandemic. They said it was definitely coming. I wondered why I didn’t hear it repeated in real time like the 12 Noon or the 10pm news programs
when people were awake. I sensed then, that this could be serious. Visit the CDC web-site http://www.cdc.gov/flu/avian
I believe everything happens in perfect divine order and Yes, I believe we have free will, but I’m not sure how our free will and the will of God play out. What I do know is, I’m worried, because I’m not an alarmist…. I don’t usually react. This is real and how real it is will show itself in time, but I want you to be prepared for what we know now. There is a few things I’ve already decided to do. I’m stocking up on some groceries and water, and the usual survival stuff, but I’m also buying alcohol and alcohol wipes, masks, and room disinfectants. I’m not eating any birds that look like chicken, ducks, or turkey.
I’m not even cooking one for Thanksgiving.
(My family doesn’t know this yet!) Watch the damn flu never come, my family will be mad that I’ve ruined their dinner and ready to commit me for really ‘being MAD’. Oh well, wasn’t everybody happy when all the weirdness around the millennium didn’t happen? How many times have you watched TV and seen the Chinese wearing masks? All I’m saying is better safe than sorry, if you hear of a case of this hitting somewhere in the states stay in and limit contact with others and don’t let me be the only one wearing a silly mask.
There is hope, due to the severity of this I believe the world leaders have been warned that they need to come clean and report any incident that happens. This could allow us time to make a vaccine. Who of us could handle being responsible for the death tolls that are being measured in the millions? Something good comes out of everything, and the world leaders are weakened from disasters hitting all points of the globe. I think the leaders will have a new understanding from these tragedies: That we must unite and raise consciousness on the planet for many reasons or we could all lose. To the right is some information that deserves our awareness and respect. It’s time to take as much responsibility as possible to keep yourself and your loved one safe.
