Oneness Deeksah & Sound — A Powerful Combination

In April of 2005, a friend of mine called at 9 P.M. on a Friday night, and told me that I needed to drop everything and come right over. Something in my heart and soul knew that I needed to do just that. I headed over to the healing center in Santa Monica, California, a few miles from my home. I made my way to the back of the building, to the meeting room, where a presentation was in progress. I simply observed what was going on at first. The room was silent. Some of the people were seated and there was a short line on the left side of the room against the wall. The people were taking turns going up to sit in front of the couple, a man and a woman, to receive an energy transfer, first by laying hands on head and then through the eyes. Each person sat first in front of the man and then moved to the woman, finally returning to their seat. Others would get up and get in line. I decided to get in line myself. I was not expecting what was about to happen.

As soon as I stepped into line, my body began to quake. My energy channel opened right up and a sense of peace and love filled every cell of my being. My inner voice said, "Oh my God! This is what I have been waiting for all of my life. This is why I am here, why I am alive." I knew my search was over. I had some sort of cellular recognition in that instant. It was as if I remembered that feeling from another lifetime or dimension.... and they hadn't even touched me yet. As I looked him in the eyes we became one and as I looked her in the eyes our hearts became one. My heart opened far beyond anything I had ever felt before. I sat down and for over an hour, I could not move, nor did I want to.

I was in an altered state, but I could hear the man speak about this amazing phenomenon. The two of them had been to India where they completed a 21-day process. They had been initiated to transfer Oneness Deeksha. The transfer creates a neurobiological shift in the brain, activating the chakras and the counterparts to the chakras in the brain. Higher states of consciousness are experienced. In time the heart flowers and a state of Oneness eventually becomes permanent.

Since then, I have experienced many different deeksha presentations by people from around the world. I have truly experienced personal transformation on many levels. I also helped to organize Oneness Deeksha events, including some in Atlanta, where I used to live. In April of 2006, I met Taylor Karunesh Rivera at a function in Los Angeles. I immediately felt a connection that could be described as past life. Karunesh had also been to India to do the process. He opened The Oneness Sanctuary in Venice, California in June where I became a regular, for Sunday night deeksha. I was very impressed with the quality of the energy he was transferring and the use of sound healing he incorporated with the Oneness Deeksha.
I asked Karunesh, "Why is sound combined with deeksha so powerful?"

Karunesh answered, "There are three universal aspects to creation: Consciousness, Light and Sound. Using sound vibration to merge consciousness with divine grace (deeksha) is one of the most powerful ways to shift vibrational frequency. When utilizing sound as a channel for divine grace, we can experience ONENESS and arrive at our true, natural state of being. Simplistically, you can compare sound, as we've known and experienced it, to a flat two dimensional photo, whereas sound encoded with divine grace, is like a three dimensional vision with great depth, vast intricacies, and magnificent colors. Through our evolving consciousness, expansion and/or ascension work, we are again able to hold a higher vibration. In biblical writings of creation, "First was the Word (sound vibration), and from the Word all things were created (sound vibration moving into physical manifestation). All things are created from sound vibration. According to the Vedas, an ancient text found in India, "The word is sound."("Nada Bramin") There is nothing in existence that was not created from and with sound vibration. Sound is the seeded vibration of creation."
